This position reports to the Planning and Community Development Manager.<br /><br /><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</strong></font><ul><li><font color="#515151">Administer zoning regulations, review site plans, and issue permits.</font></li><li><font color="#515151">Review and recommend improvements and draft amendment to zoning ordinances and development regulations pursuant to KRS100.</font></li><li><font color="#515151">Determines compliance with the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance and completeness of planning applications.
