The APA-KY Fall Conference will be held September 29, 2017 at the Gheens Foundation Lodge at The Parklands of Floyds Fork, Louisville, Kentucky.
Conference theme: "Get Active!” - Promoting a healthy community through connectivity, mobility, public space, and diversity. We are seeking session proposals that incorporate elements of public health in creating better communities. Examples could be: ways non-motorized transportation has been woven into planning projects, recreational projects that spur economic development, reinventing underutilized spaces, etc. We will also need core AICP credit sessions including ethics and law.
