The Boone County Planning Commission is interested in hiring a Planner or a Senior Planner, dependent on a candidate’s work experience and overall qualifications in order to review various types of zoning and subdivision plans and work on special projects, studies and reports for the Zoning Services Division. Work is performed under the supervision of the Director, Zoning Services.

The work includes the use of both quantitative and qualitative approaches to support transit planning projects, business intelligence, data collection, and research. The Transit Analyst is expected to organize data to help monitor existing service and recommend future service.
