The City of Cleveland Heights wishes to ensure it has a comprehensive understanding of the local housing market and is able to respond to any gaps with the appropriate housing policies via a Housing Needs Assessment. Cleveland Heights is an engaged community where debate is encouraged and fostered. Ultimately, the City wants to be able to participate in the debate over housing and development with the ability to focus on what has impact in moving market demand and growing the City’s population, but in a sustainable manner. Therefore, for this project, the City seeks a qualified consultant or consultant team (the “Consultant”) to produce a data-driven Housing Needs Assessment for the City of Cleveland Heights that includes community engagement.

The Versailles-Midway-Woodford County Planning Commission is seeking proposals from qualified consultants or firms to conduct a Comprehensive Housing Study to analyze the current state of housing within Woodford County’s two Urban Service Boundaries and provide strategies to address identified short and long-term housing needs in these areas. The Housing Study will help planning commissioners, decision makers, stakeholders, and community members develop a meaningful sense of the housing market as well as understanding of key housing issues impacting Versailles, Midway and Woodford County. The study will provide essential data, analysis, and insights that will support future planning and policy decisions related to housing development and affordability. This project aims to assess the current housing market dynamics, identify trends, and forecast future housing needs for various demographic groups in the area.
