The APA KY Chapter is excited host the next OKI Conference - a joint conference of the OH, KY, and IN APA Chapters. We are excited to bring the community planning conference to Louisville, KY for 2022 where the three day topic of discussion will be how all about "discovering your planning superpower." The 2022 Ohio-Kentucky-Indiana (OKI) Regional Planning Conference provides planners and other related fields to convene for a discussion of planning practices, issues, and successes in the region. The conference also provides professionals the opportunity to earn continuing education and certification maintenance credits, to network, and to explore planning in Louisville, Kentucky. The conference theme of “Reimagining Communities” directs our attention to the role planners fill as they work in many communities across the region. Planners are charged with guiding communities to economic success and high quality of life. Our profession is constantly challenged by issues and policies from the national to local level. This requires planners to continue to “reimagine communities.” The OKI 2022 Conference is being lead by the American Planning Association – Kentucky Chapter in with support from the Ohio Chapter and the Indiana Chapter.
