Primary Job Duties:

Administer the processes, permits and fee collection of the City’s Zoning, Property Maintenance and Subdivision ordinances and regulations. Assist the Director with communicating and advocating the benefits to the community of planning and zoning.
Provide technical assistance and instruction on the application process with the Plan Commission or Boards of Zoning Appeals. Evaluates for completeness applications and files on zoning applications and other permits and assigns docket numbers.
Conduct preliminary evaluation on cases, reviews architectural or engineering site development plans, subdivision and minor plats and prepares staff reports.
