The City of Lexington is currently seeking a full time Senior Planner, Zoning within the Division of Planning. The Division works to provide a vision and strategy that will allow Lexington to grow and prosper while preserving, protecting, and enhancing existing neighborhoods, downtown and the rural Bluegrass cultural landscape.
The Senior Planner, Zoning is located within the Planning Services section of the Division. This position requires responsible administrative work in finance, planning, organizing, and human resources for all activities of the Planning Commission. It requires a strong understanding of budgets as they pertain to a public service agency.
