The City of Falmouth, Kentucky will accept statement of qualifications from real estate development firms for planning, design and development of a 39.5 acre city owned parcel of cleared property in the city. Firms wishing to be considered should submit a Letter of Intent along with all supporting information as outlined in the Request for Qualifications Packet.
