Staff Planner, Franklin County (KY) Fiscal Court

PLANNING & ZONING DEVELOPMENT PLANNER/FULL-TIME
Salary Range:  $40,000-$45,000

Franklin County Government is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Staff Planner (Land Use).  Duties include:  Assists planning staff with the administration of planning, zoning, subdivision, and development regulations, coordination of development plan and plat proposals with the Technical Review Team; reviews all Zoning Permit applications for conformance with applicable regulations; participates in the development of planning policy and changes to land use regulations. Attends meeting before the Planning Commission and the Board of Adjustments as required. Performs deed and plat research as needed.
