RFP-11-2020 Coldstream Industrial Park Master Plan & Site Evaluation The Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government is requesting proposals from professional firms for the purpose of providing a Master Plan & Site Evaluation for the Coldstream Industrial Park. The Barren River Area Development District (BRADD), a multi-jurisdictional planning and development agency, is seeking a motivated individual for the following position: REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION PLANNER
This position functions as direct support and coordination of BRADD regional transportation planning activities. Responsibilities include: serving as an advisor and a technician to the BRADD regional transportation committee and other transportation related programs, maintenance of resource information, assistance in the prioritization of projects for funding, and assistance to entities seeking funding for projects. ****************************************************************************** REQUIREMENTS: A Bachelor’s Degree which may include: Public Administration, Engineering, Political Science, Planning, Geography or a related field with a concentration in Transportation. Experience with state and federal programs is desired.

The Barren River Area Development District (BRADD), a multi-jurisdictional planning and development agency, is seeking a motivated individual for the following position: Infrastructure Management Planner.
The position serves as support for the Barren River Water Management Planning Council and provides assistance to individual utilities with project planning and development, and assists with the expansion of broadband and various infrastructure planning throughout the region. Responsibilities include preparation of project profiles, maintenance of resource information, grant application development and grant administration for funded projects, and other duties as required. ****************************************************************************** REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Planning, Public Administration, Geography, Environmental Studies, or closely related field supplemented by two (2) years’ work experience in management or administration in Planning or a related field (a Master’s Degree will substitute for one year of work experience). A Master’s degree is preferred, but not required.
