Job Duties:

• Prepare plans and studies that address regional infrastructure and strategies 
• Prepare Installation Plans and studies that address both Land Use and Capital Investment requirements 
• Prepare Encroachment Management Plans and Studies 
• Preparation of Basic Facility Requirement and Facility Planning Documents 
• Asset Evaluation to include updating property records as well as corresponding assets   
  
• Preparation of various site approval documents 
• Preparation of other standard documents required as part of the infrastructure/planning strategies 

Qualifications: 

• 4 Year College Degree in Community Planning, Architecture or Engineering 
• 4 Years’ experience in discipline
• Valid Driver’s License
• Strong Communications skills in English both written and oral
• Ability to acquire Common Access Card

The Southeast Kentucky Economic Development Corporation (SKED) is seeking consulting services to conduct a feasibility study to identify economic development projects that capitalize on the installation of broadband fiber to create jobs in 26 negatively impacted coal counties. Consultant will identify 3-5 short-term projects that have strong community support and can be completed in 6 – 24 months at a cost of $500,000 - $2 million and 3 – 5 long-term projects that require additional planning and funding. Bullitt County Fiscal Court is accepting applications for an Administrator for the Office of Planning and Zoning.  Duties include administration and enforcement of all zoning regulations of Bullitt County and statues as required by KRS Chapter 100, assist customers with zoning information, attend zoning hearings, review permits and site plans.  The Administrator will also serve as Flood Plain Coordinator and be in charge of GIS Mapping.   Applicants must have experience in Planning & Zoning or related field, GIS experience and possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.  A background check will be performed.  Applications can be obtained from the Bullitt County Judge Executive’s Office, 300 S.
