This entry level position updates and maintains the GIS database for three municipalities and County government, and performs cartographic production utilizing ESRI ArcGIS and open source products. Data consists of a wide range of emergency, clerical, political, environmental/physical, development, and other datasets pertaining to government services in Scott County. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in GIS, geography, planning, or related field, and one (1) year of experience preferred. PDS of Kenton County is requesting qualification submissions from professional consulting firms to review and diagnose the zoning ordinances for each of the 19 jurisdictions located within Kenton County to determine whether those regulations promote the city’s/county’s vision and produces desired outcomes.
