The candidate who fills this position will work in all facets of planning at both the local and regional level and will work under the direction of the Director of Community Planning. Union Township in Clermont County (OH) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for the procurement of a complete market analysis, feasibility study and master plan of all potential redevelopment opportunities for the Eastgate Mall site. The approximately 109-acre property is located at intersection of Interstate 275 and State Route 32 in Clermont County, Ohio.
