The Purchase Area Development District is recruiting for the position of Associate Director of Planning & Development. The position will be responsible for overseeing Project Development, Business Lending, Public Administration, Transportation, Infrastructure Development, Housing, and Commodity Programs. This job includes supervision of staff and requires expertise with grant writing, contract management, and program administration.
A Bachelor of Science degree in public administration, planning, or a related field is required, along with at least ten years of related experience. Some in-district and out-of-district travel is required. Salary is commensurate with education and experience. The PADD offers an excellent benefit package.
