Facility Analysis & Recommendations RFP - Pierce Township (OH)

​The Township of Pierce, Ohio (Clermont County) invites sealed proposals to perform a comprehensive facility and space needs analysis for the community’s government facilities.  The Township Board of Trustees set as the highest priority in the most recent two-year goal setting process an analysis of current facilities and development of options to meet the space needs of the government services for the next thirty years.  This evaluation will require the support of a consultant with significant experience in space assessment of government and public safety facilities.  The work will assess the current facility and space usage by Department, job functions, adjacency, and determining the needs for multi-function spaces as well as expanded public use facilities within government buildings.  To request a copy of the proposal, please call the Pierce Township offices at (513) 752-6262 or email [email protected].  Proposals are due by March 30th, 2023 by 3:00 pm.  For proposals that are mailed or hand-delivered, please mark on the envelope (or in the subject section of an email) “Pierce Township: Facility Analysis & Recommendations RFP.”
