Brandstetter Carroll, Inc has two positions open in Parks and Recreation Planning – Positions Open

• Degree in planning
• Offices in Cleveland, Cincinnati, Dallas and Lexington
• Planning experience – approx. 1-5 years and one 5-10 years
  • Transportation (bike/ped/connectivity), environmental, urban design, economic development
• Writing abilities – especially writing planning documents
• Graphic/visual skills – preparing summary graphics
• Public speaking/presentations – public engagement, presentations to boards/committees/etc.
• Research skills – ability to find relevant information to provide background and support recommendations
• Analytical skills – demographics, budgets, survey results
• MS Suite – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Adobe Suite – Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop
• GIS – familiarity with ArcMap, ArcGIS online (bonus, not necessary)
• AutoCAD (bonus, not necessary)
