Request for Consultant Services - Development Process Analysis & Community Perception Study

Sealed qualifications and proposals will be accepted at the Henderson City-County Planning Commission office located at 1990 Barret Court, Suite C, Henderson KY 42420 until 4:00 p.m., June 17th, 2016. This request is for consulting services to evaluate existing land development processes, perform a comparative analysis of similar communities, and develop a community perception survey that examines existing opinions of the land development process and how those opinions were formed.  The intent of this request is to retain the services of a qualified consultant under a contract for service to implement the aforementioned plan. The scope of work shall include but not be limited to the outline shown in Exhibit “A” of this request.  There is no expressed or implied obligation by the Henderson City-County Planning Commission to reimburse responding firms for any expenses they may incur in preparing their submittals or answering this request.
