RFP - City of Ashland Comprehensive Plan Update

The City of Ashland, Kentucky is interested in retaining a consultant to conduct the 2019 City of Ashland Comprehensive Plan Update for Ashland, Kentucky. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is intended to help the City select a qualified and experience consultant. The focus of this study will be to assess and review the past, present and future for an update of the 2013 Comprehensive Plan. Concentration areas will include but not limited to;-Goals and Objectives; people, Jobs, Housing, Land Use, Transportation, Community Facility and Services, Downtown, Ashland Market.
